Return Policy

We at MYO Designs want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase please return it to our studio address for an exchange only. We will require the reason of return, your order number and the photos of unused jewelry for return authorization.  

To exchange an item please ship your order to our studio with a copy of your receipt, in its original packing condition within 7 days of receiving the goods. We recommend that you ship with an insured courier.  

 Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 MYO DESIGNS is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

For FAULTY and DAMAGED goods: If you received damaged or faulty goods please email us at info@myodesigns.com and write 'Faulty' as the Subject of your email with an explanation and product pictures.

 The address for shipment of  the merchandise can be asked for via email.

 Made-To-Order Returns:  These items are non returnable.

Myo Designs both respects and values our customers' account information. We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations.

Shipping Methods


 MYO DESIGNS  ships internationally via FedEx or DHL. For international expedited and regular delivery shipments, shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and have filled in your shipping preference. FedEx / DHL will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

All orders shipped internationally are subject to the final destination country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These charges, based on the declared value of international orders, are not included in MYO DESIGNS quoted shipping charge and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping back to MYO DESIGNS.

Unless otherwise agreed, all items will be shipped through a reputed courier service.

Please allow 5 working days after your order has been placed for the item to ship. For items that are made to order, the shipment time is included in the item description. In case you are interested in more numbers of the same item, please email us for the shipping timeline.

All orders will be shipped, on receipt of payment only to your shipping address mentioned. A tracking number will be shared within 24 hours of shipping.
